Jeremy & Valerie

Jeremy and Valerie met at Oral Roberts University in 1997 and their relationship can only be described as one knit together in heaven. While Jeremy had grown up in the church, coming to Christ at the age of seven, Valerie met and surrendered to Jesus while at ORU. They were married in 1998, and as their relationship matured, so did their passion to honor Jesus in their family and ministry, as well as their business endeavors. In 2001, Colby Allan was the first addition with his zest for life and adventure. And in 2003, Tatum Ann completed the family of four and, to this day, continues to remind us that all of God’s creation is good.
With a theology degree in Biblical Literature, Jeremy was ordained in 2013. Valerie followed not long after with her ordination in 2017. They currently own and operate Excellecore Real Estate in Land O Lakes, FL, while seeking to walk out the vocation of reflecting God’s image to the world.
Friday date nights are sacred to the Rickard’s. A thirst for knowledge through books, and a love of music and art culture binds them as well. Although they have distinctly individual traits, they love engaging the world as a team. They see that scripture teaches that grace and truth work well together, and they walk this mandate out by leaning on each other’s gifts.
